Currently working as a Lead UX designer at intent. I have professional experience in diverse business environments - agencies, startups and software houses.
I graduated in cognitive neuroscience and HCI, I'm an enthusiast of psychological aspects of human interaction with technology. I co-founded a startup TwójPsycholog that helps people find psychological help easier and faster.
I'm actively involved in the local design community as a mentor, organizer of design conferences (e.g. WUD Warsaw 2019) and Future Design meetups about the future of technology.
Selected projects I worked on (because NDA, you know...)
CHANGING THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER WITH AN APP
Goodify has a big and bold goal - to change societies into more supportive and helpful communities. They want to do it by introducing people to their mobile app - an app that encourages people to do good deeds for others every day.
WEBSITE REDESIGN AND CHATBOT NUTRITIONIST
Designing a new website for one of the biggest meal delivery companies in Poland and creating a chatbot for finding a perfect diet.
81% improvement in Average Time on Page and over 2500 uses of the chatbot in 2 months.
CREATING APPLICATION'S TONE AND VOICE
Creating tone & voice guidelines for the SaaS B2B app that would strongly reflect the company image as well as help other designers and developers write better copy.
Some of the clients I had a chance to work on great projects together 💙
What I Do Outside of Work
Sharing knowledge by organizing meetups and inviting experts gives me huge satisfaction. I'm a founder and organizer of Future Design meetups and workshops about the future of technology and design. I also organized 2 big conferences and was a part of Google Developers Group as an organizer.
I strongly believe in sharing the knowledge I am getting. This is why I help junior designers to start their career in UX Design. I was a mentor in Dare IT, a mentoring program for women, and in 2 editions of Tech Leaders mentoring program. To this day I worked with 7 junior designers individually to help them grow.
